Irene puts the most rational note to a most passionate team, although she is an incorrigible dreamer.Born in Jerez (Spain), at age 18 she goes to Madrid to study Physics and to do her doctoral thesis in Solar Energy.During the thesis years, she comes into contact with several NGOs related to renewable energies and to the development of poor regions through access to energy.During this time, her interest in international cooperation projects grows.
Irene is an active collaborator of the International Projects team, and she believes in U4all “so that others can have the same opportunity that I had.”
Methodic and perfectionist, Irene is passionate about photography, playing the piano, and traveling.
